  • Our photo prints are tailored for you, so returns are generally not accepted. However, if there are any issues like shipping damage, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. We recommend taking a photo or video while unpacking for a quick resolution.
  • Concerning non-customized items like frames or albums, if you're unsatisfied, contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Kindly note the you will have to cover the return shipping costs except in case of manufacturing or shipping damage.
  • If you wish to cancel an order (although we hope you won't!), a full refund and cancellation are possible if the order hasn't been processed yet. This option is typically available within a few business hours of placing the order, but not guaranteed. Please contact customer care promptly.
