Delivery & Shipping policy
- We offer customized photo prints as well as albums and frames. We work with a range of delivery partners, each specialized in different regions to offer quick, reliable and safe delivery across India.
- In most cases, orders are shipped within a week but can take up to 15 days for delivery from date of order. You can email us at support@memorify.co or reach us on Whatsapp (+91 9898033580) for any query.
- You will receive a tracking link as soon as the order has been dispatched and receive up-to-date updates.
- If your package shows as undeliverable, we will take care of the return and refund if applicable, when our delivery associates or courier partners are unable to deliver the item to the right recipient.
